- Registration begins at 1pm on December 28th, and ends at 5pm. All students must go through registration to confirm your attendance, get your hotel room, and to pick up information and resources for the conference. Following registration, you are encouraged to unpack, check into your rooms, and get dinner (on your own). The opening session is currently scheduled to begin at 6:30, but times are subject to change.
