Registration notice

Even if you didn't register online, you can still attend the conference!! Just show up during registration (12-5PM) on the 28th and we'll get you signed up. The walk-in registration price will be $264.

Unpaid accounts

If you haven't paid your conference fees yet, please note that even though the web registration is closed, you can still pay your outstanding balance at the conference during registration. Accepted payment forms include check, credit card, and cash.

What's Included?

All conference prices include the pre-registration fee ($50 - nonrefundable, non-transferable), four nights lodging, all conference materials, special events, and the New Year's Eve celebration. Transportation, parking, and meals are not included.

Commuter Cost

If you will be in the San Diego area, a single day pass is $50. If you are attending the full conference but will not be staying in the hotel, the conference registration price is $149.

Lodging

Town and Country Hotel

Lodging is included in your conference registration fee and is first come first served. We have reserved a large room block at the hotel to serve as many of our attendees as we can, but register early to make sure you get a space. Conference guests will be lodged FOUR to a room. To room together you must check-in as a foursome, or you can pay an absent roommate's registration balance to reserve his/her space if they are not paid in full.
